Pharmaceutical care aiming at adverse drug reactions by clinical pharmacists in Department of Nephrology

ABSTRACT  Objective: To introduce the experience of clinical pharmacists involved in the management of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in difficult and complicated cases. Methods:The paper made analysis and summary of several typical cases, which clinical pharmacists met in pharmaceutical practice. Results:The clinical pharmacists put forward their opinions and recommendations for the management of 3 difficult cases of ADRs and ideal results were achieved. Conclusion:Direct involvement of clinical pharmacists in the management of ADRs could help to improve quick response and accuracy, and decrease the risks of drug-induced diseases and the rate of ADRs.
