Bits of questions about reasonable use of antibiotics

ABSTRACT  The present paper mainly clarifies the principle of reasonable use of antibiotics with emphasizing the indication of application and preventing misuse. Empirical use and scientific use of antibiotics are also clarified. Basic concept and principle of prophylactic use of antibiotics are suggested and perioperative use of antibiotics are particularly restricted.
