Optimization of extraction technology of polysaccharides from Oxytropis falcat Bunge.by central composite design-response surface method

ABSTRACT  Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Oxytropis falcat Bunge(OFB).by central composite design-response surface method.Methods: On the basis of single factor test,the ratio of drug to liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time were selected as a dependent variables,and the content of OFB polysaccharides was selected as a dependent variable.The optimal extraction technology of OFB polysaccharides was established by fitting the binomials of the three independent variables,using central composite design.Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as the following:the ratio of drug to liquid was 1∶20,the extraction temperature was 94 ℃,the reflux extraction time was 119 min,respectively.Under these conditions,the content of OFB polysaccharides was up to 7.39 mg/g,and the deviation from the predictive value was 1.20%.Conclusion: The extraction technology of OFB polysaccharides is simple and reliable,which lays the foundation for further development of OFB.
